@Xfinity Now, a month later we just got a bill for the service that should be provided by our apartment. They said we have two accounts for the same address. So now we cancelled the duplicate account. It’s been a very long process for something that should be simple.

After weeks of “enhancing” network in my neighborhood, my cable still blacks in and out, and my internet is spotty. @Xfinity wtf man?

So Samsung told me to take it to a phone repair place here in Murfreesboro and I did and they said that it was a hardware problem that I needed to call Samsung back. I did they said two weeks I called Xfinity mobile I was on the phone for one hour and three minutes.

@pixelyunicorn It's """supposed""" to be a way for existing customers to sign in without having to remember their email or password, and without having to recover that info.Xfinity preys on those who don't spend time with tech, but I honestly don't know how to quickly help people w/o email.
