Do you want to support the growth strategy of our animal health location in Boxmeer (Netherlands) by focusing on the right balance between cost, cash and service level?We are currently recruiting an Associate Director in the role of:Global Demand Planning Process LeadWelcome in our teamThe Business Process Team within Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is the Center of Excellence (CoE) for creation, design and sustainment of integrated and standardized supply chain business processes and system solutions for our animal health organization; in strong collaboration with other departments and key stakeholders.About the roleReporting directly to the Director Supply Chain Process Excellence & Master Data, you partner with GSCM, Commercial, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to have an effective and sustainable Integrated Demand Planning (IDP) tool for our animal health organization.You run a community of practice to identify improvement opportunities to the forecasting process and tool. You prioritize and roll-out these improvements, to impact our forecast performance metrics. You lead the core team and own the IDP product roadmap.You are a good project manager and lead business readiness and execution of defined deployment plans. You work with local and regional commercial leads to ensure resource alignment, you communicate status and progress, and escalate if needed. Change management is a crucial factor in that work.Tasks include, but are not limited toDevelop, prototype, test and implement Demand Planning solutions to pave the road to forecasting excellence.Ensure standard work (process, tools) exists and training and documentation are up to date and easy to find.Monitor performance against standard work leveraging process adherence metrics.Work with key users and regional market leads to ensure markets continue working in line with the standard.Establish the governance and sponsorship for the long-term sustainment and continuous process improvements across the commercial regions.Lead the identification and realization of improvement opportunities, through project management, change management and communication, to improve overall forecast performanceEnsure end-to-end connectivity of the demand forecast, including forecast interfacing logic towards our core planning system SAP.Manage the relationship between functional and technical resources, ensure performance process testing and support ‘Go-Live’ and ‘Post Go-Live’ implementation activities.Your profilePreferably master’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or related field.Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in an international high volume, make-to-stock organization where you gained a broad comprehension and knowledge of Supply Chain Management business processes in general and demand management in particular.Proven track record in project and change management, preferably combined with lean experience.Above average proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferable experience with SAP.High analytical skills and excellent control of the English language.Living near one of our animal health locations and preferably in the Central European Time zone.Willingness to travel 10-25% LATAM, US and EURAM region.What we offerWe welcome you to a truly global, dynamic and challenging environment with great opportunities for personal development.
