  We maintained a healthy co-existence between Historical neighborhoods and growing small business and large hospital growth. Maintaining the Historical value and upgrading all neighborhoods no matter the income level. Promoted free curbside beautification and was one of 4 individual who initiated curbside recycling.

  We maintained a healthy co-existence between Historical neighborhoods and growing small business and large hospital growth. Maintaining the Historical value and upgrading all neighborhoods no matter the income level. Promoted free curbside beautification and was one of 4 individual who initiated curbside recycling.

  East Side of Denver is a vibrant Historical area, with a plethora of businesses and turn of the 19th and 20th century Historical Homes. We worked to find common ground for all to thrive. Created and implemented curbside recycling, facilitated successful Christmas charities for families to enjoy the holidays. Assisted businesses to thrive in the area, supporting creative entrepreneurial ideas. One of the great success stories was the beginnings of Chipotle stores in our area. Worked with Hospitals expansions to ensure Historical neighboring homes and families did not feel the impact of loss of communities.

  St Joseph Hspt: From Welfare to Work & School: Educating and preparing single mothers for the work world, computers, interviewing, dress and decorum
  Habitat for Humanity volunteer
  Rehabilitation Lost Abandoned Dogs, finding homes, eliminating abandoned Dogs and over population of domesticated animals.
  Assisted in tree and curbside beautification and curbside trash recycle implementation. Awarded two years as “Community Leader” for eradicating neighborhood drug trafficking. Annual organizational “Paint and Yard” cleanup for low income elderly. “DCPA Players.” A large organize of volunteer teams. We coordinated multiple Denver-wide fund raising events for the DCPA and Colorado Ballet.

  Last: I Saved my horses' eye from immediate rupture. The flies were exceptionally voracious one year. In a 3 day period, they had devoured the liquid from my horses eye. Calling my vet, he had no hope, I insisted on the medication. When applying the drops I could see the liquid fall out of his eye when blinking due to pain. Deciding to stay all day until no sunlight, I repeated the drop process every 10 to 15 minutes, then back the next morning till noon. My vet came out and stated, in his 32 years of practice he had never seen a person, medical vet or tech save a horses' eye from immediate rupture. I also abated his blindness over the next 6 months. Now almost 20 years together.

  Lafayette and Whittier Neighborhood Historical Districts work in tandem with Hiawatha Davis Jr, district 6th Police Dept of Denver in turning multicultural neighborhoods into collaborative, thriving, often well sought out renovated areas, where we developed "Free Beautification Trees, clean up, paint-a-thons for the elderly, development of gardens, and cultural events: African Society Weekend and Fair in City Park, MLK marches, Freedom from Drug Marches, promoting Neighborhood watch committees…

  Free Dog training courses to neighbors for better understanding of larger working dog breeds.
  I Bred for a short time Rottweilers, many Officers from District 6th purchased my Rotties for later K-9 patrol.
  Awarded for 3 years, "Crime Fighter Integration Captain Award"
  Assisted in helping children from multiple father families to have Christmas time in my home and food or medical help when necessary.
  Hired and educated young men of colour to work around my home and learn skills later used in the corporate world for success.
  Awarded "Most Dedicated Volunteer Trauma Therapist" award by St. Joseph and active Historical neighborhood.
  Saved many stranded starving dogs, rehabilitated and found new homes.
  One of Four individuals who started *curb side recycling in Denver*
